Wedding Event Quote Request

VaVaBloom LLC can help with everything from a single bouquet to full-service wedding flowers and décor rental.

Initial consultations are free and run approximately one hour. During that time we will discuss your vision, venues, colors, themes, and budget. It is extremely helpful to bring along swatches of the dresses and photos of your venues, as well as any magazine clippings of flowers that have caught your eye. These items make for a more productive consultation and accurate price quote.

Within a week of our meeting you will be provided with a beautifully detailed quote which will help you visualize your special day. Fill out questionnaire below to help us get started on our part. To secure services, a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The full balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date. Once deposit is paid adjustments to the quote can still be made - we just ask that all revisions and counts are finalized before your full balance is due. Payments can be made by credit card, cash or check.

Boutonnieres: starting ~ $12.00
