I am very impressed with the service. I missed the driver's call saying there was no one home for the delivery. He sent a text later saying he had texted the recipient, our granddaughter, and told us where he had left the flowers. I was so impressed by his follow-up and caring. I am sorry I did not get his name.

I was able to quickly find the selection I wanted online, added to the order (balloon), wrote my message, and paid for next day delivery in less than :05 minutes. Super happy with the final product.
