I ordered a "Time to Celebrate" bouquet in a vase and upgraded the order from Standard to Deluxe. The arrangement that arrived looks like a $30 bouquet I picked up in the grocery store. I've used VaVaBloom several other times previously and been very happy. This time, I'm very disappointed. Edit: The owner of the store read my "Disappointed" review and came back to our office with a new flower delivery, which we greatly appreciated. As mentioned above, I have previously used VaVaBloom and been very happy. Having the owner take the time and effort to reach out to us after I said we were disappointed, as well as bring more flowers to make up for it, makes all the difference in the world.
